I discovered yoga at university as a means to increase strength, flexibility and fitness. I didn’t think too much about its deeper value, I just loved the way it made me feel! Later, when I was practising as a Nutritionist, I found the biggest hurdle I faced was overcoming clients’ negative mindset and their ongoing self-sabotage. I knew I they needed to confidence and self love in order to create lasting change and I knew I wasn’t reaching them by prescribing simply what to eat. I learned that no one will treat their body the way I told them if they secretly believed they don’t deserve it. For me, yoga teaches the value of our inner wisdom and helps me inspire balance, confidence, self respect and body-awareness in others.
The first change must come from within.
Everything else will follow naturally.

The word ‘Destiny’ has always held a special meaning to me, it is dark and mysterious yet lingers toward magical and luminous… Destiny, to me, means creation, manifestation and empowerment – empowering yourself to be the creator of your ‘Destiny’. It is my one true goal as a Yoga Teacher to help people recognise the power within themselves to create the life they want and heal the wounds of the past in the process. This is what Yoga has done and continues to do for me. I can’t wait to share with you the ways in which you too can incorporate Yoga into your everyday life.
