Two studios in Bondi and Surrey Hills. We’ve experienced the power of yoga all over the world – from mountain tops to rainforest retreats. But we know it’s hard to find comparable peacetime in the city. The truth is you don’t need to fly across the world to encounter such experiences. BodyMindLife Yoga & Pilates was created out of our love and passion for the journey inwards, and so our space and our teaching styles are centered on providing you with a rewarding and refreshing retreat, without the need to physically escape the city.
Hart Life Coaching trains life coaches and mindfulness and meditation teachers. Our online mindfulness and meditation teacher course, has been designed for people with a good knowledge of meditation practices who wish to gain international accreditation. We cover all different styles of meditation, the physiological and psychological benefits along with relaxation and living by values, which is a form of mindfulness and a lesson plan for a 6 week course.
Oneness Yoga Space is intended to be a space for every individual, for every story, for every journey. It is intended to be a space for everybody – the individual and the community. It is a space that focuses on a holistic approach to health and well-being through kindness, community, yoga and fitness. It is a space to grow, nurture, share, inspire, support, heal, guide and transform. It is where you can find space, create space and explore space.
Whether you want to develop a personal home practice, recover from injury, strengthen your body, practise in a small group- setting or organise classes for your company or school – Oneness Yoga Space caters for every individual.
For me, Yoga is about coming to the essence of your true self and tapping into that internal wisdom that is always present. My own personal practice is about using the physical asana practice to find a state of moving meditation, to open up the energetic channel within the body and using the openness I create to settle the mind and body for meditation.

I am a yoga teacher at the UNSW YMCA gym, my style is a flowing vinyasa style. I am so passionate about teaching, and helping people and would be so happy to have you in my class!!
At Inner Child Yoga we bring the gift of yoga to children aged between 3-12 years old.
Through an interactive play-based yoga practice children develop strong bodies and minds. They learn how to regulate their emotions, build inner strength and share love and compassion with those around them.

FreeFly is a term used in skydiving where a skydiver will fall to the earth in any body position other than the standard belly down. The variations in body positions create challenge, improve awareness and are a lot of fun. Although different to the standard traditional skydiving it is of course still, in essence, skydiving. Just like our classes at FreeFly Yoga we will challenge you in various different ways and postures whilst still maintaining the essence of yoga philosophy and teaching.
