Holism in the heart of Sydney
Two studios in Bondi and Surrey Hills. We’ve experienced the power of yoga all over the world – from mountain tops to rainforest retreats. But we know it’s hard to find comparable peacetime in the city. The truth is you don’t need to fly across the world to encounter such experiences. BodyMindLife Yoga & Pilates was created out of our love and passion for the journey inwards, and so our space and our teaching styles are centered on providing you with a rewarding and refreshing retreat, without the need to physically escape the city.

FreeFly is a term used in skydiving where a skydiver will fall to the earth in any body position other than the standard belly down. The variations in body positions create challenge, improve awareness and are a lot of fun. Although different to the standard traditional skydiving it is of course still, in essence, skydiving. Just like our classes at FreeFly Yoga we will challenge you in various different ways and postures whilst still maintaining the essence of yoga philosophy and teaching.
I believe we all have the qualities within ourselves to live a healthy and fulfilled life. When we harness our intuition, let go of our inner judgements and fears, we can heal ourselves and see how beautiful and strong we really are. We can become our authentic selves and it is this authentic self that will create a connection to like minded people, people who will support you on your path. People who will encourage and inspire you to become your true self Yoga can help you on this path…
Yoga is a tool to help you understand how wonderful you already are. Through my teaching I like to facilitate inner growth and a sense of connection. I’d like to give people an opportunity to let go of their self-judgement and just look at themselves with great appreciation. To connect their breath and movement, their body and mind, to find their inner power.
I like to work around the individual needs of my students, working at different levels. Allowing everyone to find their own path, creating a deep understanding of what is good for YOU.
I teach at various schools in the Hawkesbury, private students and retreats and workshops.

That too many people are living unfulfilled, unhealthy lives – silently adrift and aching. Knowing in their gut that there’s gotta be something more than this.
That what we’re told by the industries isn’t always helping us. In fact, it’s leaving us disconnected from our bodies, consumed by stress and lacking the energy and drive to fulfil our life’s purpose. That there are better ways. I believe that clear, vibrant, bounce-out-of-bed-in-the-morning body, mind and soul wellbeing is achievable for all of us. Including you.
