What would you give to wake up feeling healthy and energetic every morning – well-rested with a clear mind, ready to face the day? Every once in a while, we come across an event that has a profound impact on our lives. The upcoming Kind of Mind Wellness Retreat is set to be one of those events.
This retreat has been organised by Stephanie Jinks’s team from Kind of Mind. Those of you familiar with Stephanie and her work will understand her passion for holistic and easily achievable wellness. This weekend retreat was developed as a way to equip people with the tools and resources needed to make positive changes in their life, as well as giving you the opportunity to unwind and create space and time in this busy world.
The retreat will run from the 31st of January to the 2nd of February.
You will receive a daily yoga class and a sound bath session delivered by an experienced teacher. The classes are for all levels, the goal is to settle the mind, increase awareness and get our bodies moving. The meditation session following the yoga classes are focusing on self-respect and making the most of time to yourself.
It wouldn’t be a Kind of Mind event without a gut health workshop, and there is a good reason for this! There is ever-increasing research to show that your gut health is one of the main cornerstones of overall health and wellness. We will send you home with some inspiring nutrition and lifestyle ideas that will stay with you long after the weekend is over.
Kind of Mind’s Wellness Retreat will be held at the exclusive Lawson Lodge Country Estate. Only a short 45 minute drive from Melbourne CBD in the beautiful Macedon Ranges, this country estate will ensure a sense of peace and calming energy upon arrival. Surrounded by mountains, stunning bushland and Lake Lawson Lodge is the ideal location to embrace your journey of wellness. Share meals prepared by a private chef with a beautiful group of like-minded people. All meals full of wholesome food that is seasonal and sourced locally. With a small intimate group attending you will enjoy all of the properties beauty, spa, nature walks, for the active type there is a tennis court and 9 hole golf course for you to enjoy.

An experienced nurse and a competitive track and field athlete, Stephanie has an intricate understanding of the value of nutrition and its role in supporting gut health, reducing stress, preventing illness and promoting wellness.
Stephanie is a lover of food and thrives on exploring creative ways to nourish her own body and provide it with the right nutrients to support her active lifestyle. Living with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) since she was 16, Stephanie developed a strong appreciation for a diet rich in natural ingredients which has helped her to not only successfully manage her IBS but also improve her overall health, wellbeing , and productivity at work. Stephanie’s interest and subsequent passion for health and wellness, both physically and emotionally grew stronger and stronger.
Stephanie is passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping others on the path to overcome their personal wellness challenges so that they can experience the same amazing transformation that she has.
