Rachel teaches classes for adults as well as children.  Her adult classes have a focus on individuality of the movement and students are encouraged to follow their own breath.

Rachel’s children’s classes have a strong focus on emotion regulation and understanding. Rachel will instruct a basic flow sequence the children can take home to practice as well as something a little more challenging, whether it be partner yoga, balance poses or a fun sequence of movements.

Rachel has a background in Education with ten years classroom experience, and currently runs two early intervention programs throughout South East Melbourne in Primary Schools. Rachel has a keen interest in the welfare of young people and sees the need to help our next generation learn how to chill.

Rachel is a Level 1 Yoga Australia qualified teacher.
